Ocean Beach home prices rise in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Ocean Beach rose by $114,500 while total sales increased by 38.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 36 homes sold, with a median sale price of $684,500 - a 20.1% increase over the $570,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 26 homes sold in Ocean Beach in 2016.
