Dix Hills home prices rise in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Dix Hills rose by $31,500 while total sales increased by 7.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 312 homes sold, with a median sale price of $671,500 - a 4.9% increase over the $640,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 291 homes sold in Dix Hills in 2016.
