Westhampton Beach home prices fall in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Westhampton Beach fell by $3,500 while total sales decreased by 5.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 64 homes sold, with a median sale price of $844,000 - a 0.4% decrease over the $847,500 median sale price for the previous year. There were 68 homes sold in Westhampton Beach in 2016.
