Napeague home prices fall in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Napeague fell by $475,000 while total sales decreased by 42.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,300,000 - a 26.8% decrease over the $1,775,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Napeague in 2016.
