83 percent of applicants to Eastern Suffolk BOCES were admitted for fall 2018

At Eastern Suffolk BOCES, 59 percent of undergraduate students are nontraditional students - age 25 or older - and 85 percent are female, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The public school in Brentwood enrolled 272 students in fall 2018, all in undergraduate programs, data shows. No undergraduates were transferred from another college or university.

100 percent of undergraduates are residents of New York.

The undergraduate student body is comprised mostly of students who identify as white (36 percent) and Black or African American (29 percent).

The school admitted 83 percent of the 132 students who applied for fall 2018. Of those who were admitted, 96 percent enrolled.
