Electrical Training Center enrolls 187 undergrads

At Electrical Training Center, 55 percent of undergraduate students are nontraditional students - age 25 or older - and 99 percent are male, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The private for-profit school in Copiague enrolled 187 students in fall 2018, all in undergraduate programs, data shows. No undergraduates were transferred from another college or university.

95 percent of undergraduates are residents of New York. 5 percent are citizens of foreign countries.

The undergraduate student body is comprised mostly of students who identify as white (44 percent) and Hispanic or Latino (29 percent).
