Of the 1,614 people living in Huntington Bay in 2020, 48.9 percent (790) were women and 51.1 percent (824) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Suffolk Reporter.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 21. In the 65 and over age range, there were 171 females and 178 males.
