Suffolk County Police Seventh Precinct Crime Section officers responded to Smokes R Us, located at 194 Poospatuck Lane, in Mastic where they found 250 cases of illegal fireworks for sale, valued at more than $100,000. The shop’s owner and manager were arrested and charged with Illegal Storage of Explosives and Unlawfully Dealing with Fireworks and Dangerous Fireworks.
