Track Teams Excel at County Championship!

The Girls Track Team placed 4th in the county meet.

The team had two first place finishes:

  • Julie T. - Shot Put
  • Marissa M., Sophia T., Kathryn V., and Ali P. - 4 x 400 Relay
Additional strong finishes were:

  • Nicole B. - 2nd 55HH 
  • Marissa M. - 2nd 600m 
  • Mackenzie N. - 5th 3000m 
  • Sofia T.- 5th Long Jump 
  • Bella G.- 6th Long Jump
For the boys team:

  • Michael M. - 3rd 1000m
  • Michael M., Jack D., Sam B., & Dylan M. - 4 x 800 - 3rd
Congratulations to all the athletes and their coaches for their terrific performances. We wish them all the best as they look ahead to the NYS Championship Qualifying Meet on 2/13.

Business Students Impress at Regional Competition!

Our Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) members recently took part in the Long Island District Leadership Competition. The following events are qualifying events where the top students are now able to move on and represent Long Island at the State Leadership Conference held in Rochester this April. Qualifying students were:

  • Ava J. - 1st Place Public Speaking 1
  • Julian F. - 1st Place Public Speaking 2 
  • Farah R. - 2nd Place Basic Decision Making 
  • Casey S.  - 3rd Place Client Services
  • Nicholas W. - 4th Place Job Interview
  • Jack H. - 4th Place Impromptu Speaking
In addition, exams were administered virtually earlier in the year and our students performed incredibly well:

  • Charlie K. - 1st Place Hospitality Management
  • Ben K. - 1st Place Banking and Finance
  • Sahaj P. - 1st Place and Saharsh P. - 3rd Place Business Calcs
  • Victoria W. - 1st Place and Max S. - 2nd Place Personal Finance
  • Mehek S. - 2nd Place Intro to Financial Math
  • Casey S. - 3rd Place Accounting 1
  • Abigal K. - 3rd Place Business Law
Congratulations to the students & their dedicated advisers, Mrs. Braun & Mrs. Mascaro, for these great outcomes. We wish them all the best as they head to Rochester in April!
