Recently, Linda Loftus from Council District 2 in Rocky Point visited Town Hall to collect her prize as one of the six winners of the Town of Brookhaven's "Brookhaven Recycles Day" Compost Tumbler Giveaway. The event was part of an online contest held on Facebook, where participants pledged to recycle for a chance to win. One winner was chosen from each Town Council District.
