North Great River home prices fall in December 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2017 in North Great River fell by $28,500 while total sales remained unchanged with five homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2017, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $319,000 - a 8.2% decrease over the $347,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in North Great River in December 2016, as well.
