New Suffolk home prices rise in December 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2017 in New Suffolk rose by $129,800 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $388,300 - a 50.2% increase over the $258,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in New Suffolk in December 2016.
