Peconic home prices fall in December 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2017 in Peconic fell by $52,500 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $405,000 - a 11.5% decrease over the $457,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Peconic in December 2016.
