Quogue home prices rise in December 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2017 in Quogue rose by $351,250 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2017, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,575,000 - a 28.7% increase over the $1,223,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Quogue in December 2016.
