Central Islip home prices fall in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Central Islip fell by $500 while total sales decreased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were 30 homes sold, with a median sale price of $230,000 - a 0.2% decrease over the $230,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 36 homes sold in Central Islip in November 2016.
