Coram home prices rise in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Coram rose by $16,000 while total sales increased by 5.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were 39 homes sold, with a median sale price of $289,000 - a 5.9% increase over the $273,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 37 homes sold in Coram in November 2016.
