Ocean Beach home prices rise in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Ocean Beach rose by $269,500 while total sales remained unchanged with four homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $819,500 - a 49% increase over the $550,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Ocean Beach in November 2016, as well.
