Flanders home prices fall in January 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2017 in Flanders fell by $72,500 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2017, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $212,500 - a 25.4% decrease over the $285,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Flanders in January 2016.
