Bay Shore home prices fall in January 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2017 in Bay Shore fell by $5,310 while total sales increased by 35%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2017, there were 27 homes sold, with a median sale price of $240,000 - a 2.2% decrease over the $245,310 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in Bay Shore in January 2016.
