Sound Beach home prices fall in January 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2017 in Sound Beach fell by $32,500 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2017, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $260,000 - a 11.1% decrease over the $292,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Sound Beach in January 2016.
