Medford home prices rise in January 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2017 in Medford rose by $15,500 while total sales increased by 53.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2017, there were 23 homes sold, with a median sale price of $282,500 - a 5.8% increase over the $267,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Medford in January 2016.
