Nesconset home prices rise in January 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2017 in Nesconset rose by $34,000 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2017, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $410,000 - a 9% increase over the $376,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Nesconset in January 2016.
