Hampton Bays home prices fall in January 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2017 in Hampton Bays fell by $87,500 while total sales remained unchanged with 20 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2017, there were 20 homes sold, with a median sale price of $465,000 - a 15.8% decrease over the $552,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in Hampton Bays in January 2016, as well.
