Fort Salonga home prices rise in January 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2017 in Fort Salonga rose by $2,500 while total sales remained unchanged with six homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2017, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $570,000 - a 0.4% increase over the $567,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Fort Salonga in January 2016, as well.
