West Hills home prices rise in January 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2017 in West Hills rose by $34,575 while total sales decreased by 42.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2017, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $532,075 - a 6.9% increase over the $497,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in West Hills in January 2016.
