Westhampton Beach home prices fall in January 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2017 in Westhampton Beach fell by $255,000 while total sales decreased by 42.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2017, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $740,000 - a 25.6% decrease over the $995,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Westhampton Beach in January 2016.
