North Sea home prices fall in January 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2017 in North Sea fell by $207,000 while total sales decreased by 9.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2017, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $792,000 - a 20.7% decrease over the $999,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in North Sea in January 2016.
