Melville home prices rise in January 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2017 in Melville rose by $118,000 while total sales increased by 78.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2017, there were 25 homes sold, with a median sale price of $680,000 - a 21% increase over the $562,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Melville in January 2016.
