Montauk home prices rise in January 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2017 in Montauk rose by $15,000 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2017, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,215,000 - a 1.3% increase over the $1,200,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Montauk in January 2016.
