Shelter Island (Suffolk County) home prices rise in January 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2017 in Shelter Island in Suffolk County rose by $902,000 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,492,000 - a 152.9% increase over the $590,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Shelter Island in January 2016.
