Port Jefferson Station home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Port Jefferson Station rose by $14,500 while total sales increased by 11.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were 20 homes sold, with a median sale price of $315,000 - a 4.8% increase over the $300,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Port Jefferson Station in the fourth quarter of 2016.
