Greenport home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Greenport fell by $274,350 while total sales decreased by 62.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $360,000 - a 43.2% decrease over the $634,350 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Greenport in the fourth quarter of 2016.
