Bohemia home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Bohemia fell by $34,750 while total sales increased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were 28 homes sold, with a median sale price of $379,500 - a 8.4% decrease over the $414,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 24 homes sold in Bohemia in the fourth quarter of 2016.
