Shelter Island (Suffolk County) home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Shelter Island in Suffolk County fell by $287,500 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $827,500 - a 25.8% decrease over the $1,115,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Shelter Island in the fourth quarter of 2016.
