Shoreham home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Shoreham rose by $583,607 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,013,607 - a 135.7% increase over the $430,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Shoreham in the fourth quarter of 2016.
