Bridgehampton home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Bridgehampton fell by $322,500 while total sales increased by 300%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $2,577,500 - a 11.1% decrease over the $2,900,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Bridgehampton in the fourth quarter of 2016.
