Watermill home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Watermill fell by $300,000 while total sales remained unchanged with 17 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $2,650,000 - a 10.2% decrease over the $2,950,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in Watermill in the fourth quarter of 2016, as well.
