Riverside (Suffolk County) home prices fall in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Riverside in Suffolk County fell by $55,000 while total sales increased by 28.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $225,000 - a 19.6% decrease over the $280,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Riverside in the second half of 2016.
