Baiting Hollow home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Baiting Hollow rose by $32,500 while total sales decreased by 13.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 31 homes sold, with a median sale price of $387,500 - a 9.2% increase over the $355,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 36 homes sold in Baiting Hollow in the second half of 2016.
