Babylon home prices unchanged in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Babylon was unchanged while total sales decreased by 9.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 97 homes sold, with a median sale price of $400,000. There were 107 homes sold in Babylon in the second half of 2016, and the median sales price for the period was also $400,000.
