Mount Sinai home prices fall in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Mount Sinai fell by $3,000 while total sales increased by 22.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 71 homes sold, with a median sale price of $407,000 - a 0.7% decrease over the $410,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 58 homes sold in Mount Sinai in the second half of 2016.
