Peconic home prices fall in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Peconic fell by $18,280 while total sales increased by 19%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 25 homes sold, with a median sale price of $431,720 - a 4.1% decrease over the $450,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 21 homes sold in Peconic in the second half of 2016.
