Head of the Harbor home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Head of the Harbor rose by $100,000 while total sales increased by 55.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $775,000 - a 14.8% increase over the $675,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Head of the Harbor in the second half of 2016.
