Belle Terre home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Belle Terre rose by $365,000 while total sales increased by 400%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $982,500 - a 59.1% increase over the $617,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Belle Terre in the second half of 2016.
