Northwest Harbor home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Northwest Harbor rose by $56,000 while total sales increased by 5.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 60 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,021,000 - a 5.8% increase over the $965,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 57 homes sold in Northwest Harbor in the second half of 2016.
