Ridge home prices rise in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Ridge rose by $20,350 while total sales decreased by 9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 273 homes sold, with a median sale price of $217,100 - a 10.3% increase over the $196,750 median sale price for the previous year. There were 300 homes sold in Ridge in 2016.
