Greenport home prices fall in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Greenport fell by $62,000 while total sales remained unchanged with 27 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 27 homes sold, with a median sale price of $490,000 - a 11.2% decrease over the $552,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 27 homes sold in Greenport in 2016, as well.
