Centerport home prices rise in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Centerport rose by $12,250 while total sales decreased by 14%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 74 homes sold, with a median sale price of $569,750 - a 2.2% increase over the $557,500 median sale price for the previous year. There were 86 homes sold in Centerport in 2016.
