Orient home prices rise in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Orient rose by $24,000 while total sales decreased by 27.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 21 homes sold, with a median sale price of $799,000 - a 3.1% increase over the $775,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 29 homes sold in Orient in 2016.
