North Sea home prices rise in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in North Sea rose by $174,500 while total sales increased by 15.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 154 homes sold, with a median sale price of $899,500 - a 24.1% increase over the $725,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 133 homes sold in North Sea in 2016.
